I am now 38 weeks pregnant, phew! I have had some pretty good contractions and a lot of pressure this week but still no baby. I pray that Miss Leigha (named by her Daddy after her Momma's middle name *Leigh*) will show up soon.
Drake is NOT enjoying these last few days (I pray) of my pregnancy. He's mad at me and not afraid to show it! He wants me to get down and play with him but I don't have the energy nor do I have the physical ability to do all that he wants to do. Yesterday his Grandma (Josh's Mom) came over and they got to play for a while, he was soooo hyper and happy to have someone playing with him! He's also been extremely hyper and happy when Dad Dad gets home from work because Daddy gets right on the floor and starts playin'. With me, he's cranky and gives me mean looks, it breaks my heart. I probably get down and do more with him than I should but when he does that I just can't help it!
Drake is such a goofball!! Yesterday I got Oreo's and gave him one then put them back on the table. Well, apparently the little Bug wanted more...He went back into the kitchen when he was done with his Oreo and pulled them off of the table and was munchin' on one before I could waddle in there...Wish I had my camera handy, it was too stinkin' cute and funny! A little man after his Pop Pop and Daddy's heart!!
Speaking of being like his Daddy and Pop Pop...a few weeks ago he finished everything on his plate then picked up his plate and started licking it!!! This we did get photo's of, thank goodness!! His future wife will love these :)
